WAY to go!!! I also was pushing a size 12/14, and just got to the 19 lb. mark. Yesterday I bought a size 14 KIDS jeans, and some 6s were fitting me! In fact, they were too big in the waist! FUN!!!

I'm working out to Turbo Jam right now, and it's got some good ab exercises. I can see the start of a 6 pack, after 30 days. It's fun, but not too dancy for people like me who have no rhythm or moves. I know I'm working out my abs, but it's less tedious then normal ab workouts. I like the kickboxing part - it's tough, but…

I actually like Turbo Jam. It's dancy, but not too much so, for people like me who have no dance skills. Also, you can modify the moves if you're more of a beginner, or step it up if you're more advanced - so it might be good for both.
