The workouts for month one are around 40 minutes, month two is around 55 or so. Not long at all! Once your done you feel incredible! I did mine in the morning and it helped my days get off to a good start!

I just finished Insanity a few weeks ago. That first week is CRAZY!!! When you do your recovery workout your body some how gets back to being a little less sore. Work through and you will feel AMAZING!! Congrats!

I logged it last week as low aerobics I think, yoga would have been a good option too!
