HUGE change in your midsection! I have done insanity several times. I have done it at 150lbs, 175lbs, and over 200lbs. All of which gave me the same results: endurance, confidence, immediate change in midsection, and loss of 10lbs but a WHOLE lot of inches. Make sure you are measuring yourself because when the scale…

I did insanity and lost 14lbs but the most exciting part was losing 25.5 inches all over. 7 of those inches were off my waist!! I'm on my phone and don't know how to add pics but I would be more than happy to show my results to help if someone would like to share how to post pics :-)

I'm using the next 8 months to get fit and healthy so I don't gain another 25 on top of this weight! Take care of yourself but pass nursing school! U…

I gained 23lbs in less than 5 months. My doctor increased my antidepressant to 40mg so that caused me to gain and also because my depression was the worst it's ever been and I drank till I was passed out drunk 3-4 times a week. Now here I am. The heaviest I've ever been but taking control of my life and my health again.
