I am on my last day of Day Five, and I have lost 5.4 pounds so far! I have not been hungry at all, and I have had a lot of energy. I can not wait to see what Day 15 brings. I am interested in hearing a review from anyone who has completed the 15 days.

It also depends on how hard you work out. If you burn less than 500 calories, it may not be worth it. I used a Polar Heart Rate Monitor, so I could be sure exactly how much I burned.
