I figured out to make fists and push myself up and do them that way. I can actually get up off my butt and my wrists dont hurt like they do flat handed.

You are hard core!!! For real!!! My arms hurt too but I've been trying more real pushups. It was a good workout minus slight arm pain and the fact I hate hollow mans lol I bought bigger weights. I was using 3#, now I have 5#. Not hardcore like you, but I'm working on my strapless dress arms!

I'm still doing girly pushups (day 4 in Rachel-land) and I have 3# weights. I need heavier ones for most of the exercises but put it off so long b/c I HATED the V raises in L2. You're my hero for the full pushups and heavy weights!!!
