Burgen is the BEST. Well, Soya and Linseed is....the others all just fall to pieces!

So much bad advice?! OP. You're bouncing about in classes all day, you're not eating enough. 4 lbs in 3 weeks is a pretty swift loss. Eat more. Make sure you get around 100g protein per day then eat whatever the hell else you want to your calorie total.
-
From what i can gather, you're saying that the inclusion of some treats/cheats/junk/whatever you want to call it, in your diet has sparked cravings and binges. You also say you've suffered from Anorexia in the past? Based on these two pieces of information i wouldn't think Intermittent fasting would be a particularly…

Yesterday i ate 300g of green beans for this very reason. It worked.

I use it, to some extent. I don't always STRICTLY avoid carbs in the daytime, but i eat the majority of them after 6pm. I train fasted at.7am and using carb backloading has seen my performance shoot through the roof. I cant speak to its effects on fatloss as I'm not so focussed on that right now

OP, why don't you go back to eating however you WERE eating when you felt fine and log it for a week or 4 to see what your average looks like. You clearly had a balance then. Then, when you have a food idea of how your own body functions, knock 5% or so off your intake to lose slowly. Everyone is different.
-
Im in Belfast, i log everything, everyday. Anyone can add me!

You are correct. MFP is set up to be your deficit. If it actually said that then something is wrong. If you were under your cals it gave you, you should have had a smaller number than current weight. Perhaps check that the number in your head you know you weigh now, and the number you've entered are the same. Could be…

If you put your ex in mfp does it just shunt it over to fitbit? I always assumed it would double log, though i may very well be wrong! Good to know that. I also adjust mine here and there and it has been a godsend for actually making some progress

Also. If you're going to enter ex from a HRM, ddo so in the fitbit app. Think of it this way. ALL movement goes in fitbit, ALL food goes in MFP.
-
Perhaps they're still over eating? It isn't a magical pill. You still have to work hard and be honest with yourself about what you're putting in your mouth. But they can be extremely helpful when used correctly. As for your muscle mass. If fitbit is not the tool for you, then don't use one, but most people are distinctly…

Fittbit is inaccurate if worn on the wrist. If it's on your torso it works just fine. You say your avg burn with fitbit is 1980? You need to set your MFP target cals to whatever your deficit is taken from this number. For example, if you're using a 500 cal/per day deficit, set your MFP target cals to 1480. This is your NET…

I net about 1680 a day, but eat 2250 per day. 5'3", i weighed 160 when i started. Lose about 1/2 lb per week and a half.
-
I think that sounds about right. Wpork up slowly, keep doing what you're doing in the gym, and enjoy the extra food. Bur. work up slowly.

Im a veggie and my diary is open if you wanna look. Also, there's a group here for veggies, and they regularly have recipes etc.

I'm in Belfast. Anyone can add me =]

I love IF. it works for me. It helps with control. I eat 12-8pm. At about 2200 cals a day. But you can but try, and see if you get results. Everyone is different!

Wendys isn't gonna work, we don't have them in the UK!! Boots and Morrisons are fairly good options. I quite like Subway too. Burritos are calorific, but filling, and you can choose chicken and leave off the guac/cheese if your super concerned about cals. Small cafes might cook with a little more fat than you'd like, but…

That stuff's expensive!

So much hatred for meat replacement foods. lol
-
The issue you're having (i think) is that you have your fitbit set to allow negative adjustments, so when you haven't yet moved much fitbit/mfp actually take calories away from you. you can turn it off in settings>diary settings if you want to.

The definition in your legs is awesome. Just what I'm looking for. Good job!

What they said. Smoothies and juices are particularly high.

I know right?!
