I am 5'8 and i'd like to get back to 170lbs. Thats what i weighed before i gained all of this weight and i was very comfortable with it. :)

Thank you so much for the advice!! I started my "journey" tuesday July 3rd. I've had Fruit (bananas or watermelon) and a Nutri-grain bar for breakfast everyday.
