I added the excercise. I have a heart rate monitor to help me track my caloric burns. I noticed that MFP estimates 100+ calories more than what I actually burn. So I strongly suggest using one to be accurate on your burns.

Good info and glad you shared. My husband even said how do you loose weight when you are always eating lol But its because I eat 6 small mini meals all through out the day. Keeps the metabolism on fire. Kinda of like a camp fire, gotta feed it small pieces of wood to keep it going! Thanks for sharing! :)

For weight loss, you should limit but definitley not cut out. You should always aim for 3-4 servings of fruit but go for low glycemic fruits. I lift weights 3 days a week and cardio twice a week at 5:30am. Then 2-3 evenings a week, I do 45 to 55 minutes of cardio! When I do weights, I take a class called Body Pump. It is a weight lifting class and it is awesome. Check in your local area to see if they offer it at a gym.

Thats a tough question. I have been a DDD now DD and I can say I want normal boobs like a c would be great. The booty is getting nipped with cardio so right now its going good in both areas LOL Big boobs suck when your doing certain things!

I agree with the last post. I just started in a group fitness class called Body Pump and Body Vive. It starts at 5am and the woman there are encouraging and if they dont see me for one morning I hear it! Accountability is certainly a winner for me! Also getting adequett amount of sleep will help. Good idea. That has always been my downfall is sweets. I dont quite have a solution so I am gonna watch this post. But usually in general not just around holloween I buy low fat icecream bars, fat free puddings or the Weight Watchers craving. Any of those usually help get over the hump of having sweet withdrawls.
