  • Don't get discouraged. Everyone is different. I've done this before and it can take time. I'm on L2, D3 and my pre and post pics look exactly the same. I have been using 5lb weights, following Anita, and eating low carb / low cal. But I feel a lot stronger. Hang in there!

  • Wow, that is amazing! I don't think I saw that much difference in myself after 30 days when I did this previously. Keep up the great work!
  • Just joined, but I finished L1, D8 today. Thank goodness it's getting easier! Happy I found this group--I've done the 30DS a couple of times in the past and the support and accountability help a lot.

  • I'm trying to lose my cyclical holiday weight gain by eating low/slow carb and doing the 30-Day Shred. This is my go-to video and my third time doing it over the past few years. I just finished L1, D8 and would love support and to see others' results.
  • Thanks, Tanya. I have been sooo bad lately. No exercise and too much Halloween candy! Blah. L3, D9 done today. Since I've really screwed up L3, I am going to keep going though...at least that is my plan at 11:51AM, lol.

  • I'm still going at it. L3, D6 done. I'm thinking my weightless will be little to done, but am hoping for inches and difference in pictures. I'll let you know! Am I the only one left? :/

  • Fell off the wagon with a stressful week and shooting pains in my heel, but I am back and determined to finish. L3,D5 done! Weight is back to my starting weight minus a pound, but people are commenting on my "weightloss" so I think I've probably lost fat and gained muscle. Hope so!

  • I'm still here! I skipped the last 3 days due to work and a sick child. I did L3,D4 yesterday and will do L3,D5 today. We'll finish this through together! :)
  • Sad to see you go, but I completely understand. I am counting down to day 30 and can't believe you had the gusto to do it again, and to day 45!!! Best of luck on your journey!
  • Level 3, day 3 done. I sadly dread this DVD each day now. :(. Hoping I learn to love the jumping lunges and I can finish without planters fasciitis (heels are getting sore.) Determined to see this out!

  • Started Level 3 today (Thursday.) Wowza. It's hard, but over quickly. I definitely think we'll see results in our abs (and all over) after this one!

  • Finished this morning. L2d3. I actually like this level, with the exception of the pendulum lunges (ugg) and v-ups (my arms just can't go up that high.)
  • L2D2 done. I did it this morning, unlike last night when I did both levels at 9PM and couldn't fall asleep until 2:30AM!
