  • I've lost only 19 pounds since joining, and it's JUST starting to show after MANY months. Body type can play into it, judge by how you feel rather than how the mirror or camera paints you. If you feel good, you'll carry yourself differently, you'll approach life, and other people differently, and the changes will show in…

  • This story is similar to mine, so here's some suggestions. When I was zumbaing a few months ago this happened to me, I hit a wall where I just felt so weak I couldn't move some days, I've determined it was a nutritional failing matched with physical disorder, as the above people suggested, add some calories back,…

So a labor-intensive snack that is somewhat low-calorie really helps curb the…
  • I LOVE Fage and Chobani. I've been eating Chobani every morning for breakfast, and I'm madly in lust with the blood orange flavor. This thread is full of great ideas for greek yogurt! I've been trying to find work-arounds for keeping milk in the house regularly for things like smoothies, and I know soy milk is not great…
  • Number 4. I have fibromyalgia, and have been struggling with my health because of it. The doctor suggested I lose 100+ pounds to improve my health, and the levels of pain I deal with. It's a daily motivator!
  • Last year I lost almost 60 pounds doing just zumba (not eating right, or doing any other exercises.) It's amazing, and you can tailor the movements to your fitness level to some degree (to make it less impactful to knees, etc...) It is a great and fun way to work out!
