Im definately no expert and I just started myself but I dont think your supposed to burn them all off. I walk 30 min everyday and it tells me Ive burned off 165 calories per day. You burn off some thru normal activity. Everything Ive read says you have to burn 3500 calories above what you normally burn to loose one pound…
