I am not scared of any of the foods. I will at least try them once. you never know if you like them or not unless you try. One of my favorites is sweet potatoes. and give me some pears and cottage cheese. yummo :)

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. so if you working out 3-4 times a day. you are changing the fat into muscle. it may take a bit to see loss. Do not give up.
