I weigh myself every morning, but I only record it on Friday usually for MFP. Weighing daily helps me stay accountable when I have a bad food day. I don't freak out when I gain, but it makes me be a little more cautious over the next few days.

It's all in what you eat...I eat healthy mostly and fall under. I don't count my calories during the day, I eat what I want to eat at the time and then if the number is low it's low. If it's a little high so be it. Eating Chicken breast, fish, veggies and fruits keeps your calories low. If I notice my body is craving…

I do most of my workouts on the treadmill, keeping a close eye on my heart rate. I use a steady 3.5 spd and alternate the incline going no lower than 4% and usually stay close to 10% incline. I also do exercises like squats, lunges and crunches.

SW = 187 (for group) W1 = 187 W2 = 186.6 W3 = 184.6 GW = 171 UGW = 147 2.4 lbs down! I'm excited about that! It's small but I will take it! Overall I'm down 12.4 lbs in about 30 days! Can't wait to hit the 15 and 20lbs down mark! Keep it up everyone!
