So from what I am reading, don't eat the calories you burn with exersise. Lost 2, gained 1 gained again, but weight lifting 3 times a week. Could see how body and muscles are holding water, living in PHX with 105 degree day.

I hurt my back doing INSANITY. I would never recommend this program to someone with a previous back injury and neither will my back doctor. The informcial sounds great, but I sold my program to another family months later on Craig's List.

Well I started CLX again on 7/14, this is my second time (the first time was a joke, only doing small weight and no cardio) My back is sore due to a previous back injury, but cold pack, Advil, and rest today and I will be ready to do intervals and Abs tomorrow. Hi I am going to Vegas tomorrow for 4 days and starting when I return. I tried all kinds of exersize programs, and have done this b4 but just started MFP and needed a weight lifting program so I am starting again.
