That's fair enough. I haven't really looked into it in *years*. Doing a little research I see two conflicting sides, and I see the lack of *real* evidence. So I guess since it works for me I'll stick with it...doesn't look like it's the fix for the OP and I'm ok with that. Thanks for setting me straight! :flowerforyou:

I'm impressed that you're able to lose any weight without tracking. For me, if I didn't write it down, it didn't happen, and that leads to 2 cups of ice cream. But that's just me. I would recommend logging what you eat. That way it's a lot easier to go back and look at what you did vs. results.

I don't know how close to your MFP calorie goal 1200 is, but I would recommend sticking to the goal MFP gave you. I know it's tempting to try to eat less to lose, but your body could be in starvation. *EVEN though that worked before* Bodies change.

Breakfast, Breakfast, Breakfast!!!! They say it's the most important meal of the day for a reason! I typically blend fruit, powdered peanut butter, and protein mix in with milk and have that for breakfast.

I LOVE frozen blueberries! I put them in my smoothie in the morning and it helps replace the need for ice!
