I am a runner trying to watch her figure.I lost 20 lbs by counting my calories before I discovered this website/app. I run 3-4 times a week with one day being a long run, one day being a tempo or fast run and the rest are easy runs. Take a break or take it easy (do something that uses different muscle groups). You don't want to hurt yourself. You need to give your muscles time to rebuild themselves and make sure to stretch & ice those sore muscles!
