I do Keto so take in about 20grams of Carbs a day, for me lowering my carbs has been amazing. I feel fuller for longer, I don't crave sweet foods like I did before, I feel less bloated, have more energy and the weight has been coming off with relative ease. Each person needs to find out what works for them and go with that.

There have been some great suggestions already so I won't rehash those but to add -Pork Rinds/Crackle -Jerky (just watch that you aren't getting too much protein as Jerky doesn't have much fat) -Cheese Crisps (melt cheese in pan until it goes crispy, let it cool down and eat it later; just gives cheese a bit more variety!)…

I always add food as it is in its raw state, especially bacon because (the stuff I eat) the nutritional data is for it in its uncooked state. I'd be interested to see what others do.

This is great; I don't know you at all but I feel PROUD of what you have achieved! Persevering can be so difficult but it certainly has paid off! I hope that you continue to lose and feel better every day.

Great job! I can't wait to be where you are! today I slipped on an old pair of 16's and they fit (not comfortably so they won't be worn anytime soon!) and it was amazing... the day I hit 12 will be......... astounding!!

I would say coffee, like the other user suggested, less chemicals added etc. Of course I'm providing no evidence to back this up because I'm lazy!

Keep going, keep trying! You did not put the weight on overnight and it is not going to melt away over night! It will go away over time if you stick at it (you will have weeks without loss; that is OK). We all lack motivation at one point or another; you need to take stock and think, really think about what this journey…

27grams shouldn't throw you out of ketosis but it MIGHT. I have had up to 50grams a day without being thrown out but I try my best not to go over 25 a day. For me I wouldn't be having oats every day because it would eat up all of my carbs and it wouldn't be spread across the day (i find if I have too many carbs in one…

Everyone has bad days and sometimes there can be more than one bad day in a row. The important thing is for you not to be too harsh on yourself and to realistically realise what has happened and how you can take steps to get back on track and try to avoid this in the future. Keep going and keep trying; you can do this!!
