It depends...When I have time, I go for a run in the morning...but most of the time, I workout in the evening. It´s better for me as it is not that hot outside.

It depends on my mood. Lately, I´ve been listening to musical soundtracks, Idina Menzel, Eden Espinosa, Kristin Chenoweth, Shoshana Bean etc...Last year I was listening to Jennifer Lopez, Alanis Morissette, Coldplay etc. As I said it depends..But I can´t imagine being without music...I listen to music whenever I can.
