Yeah i make smoothies - 1/2 cup oats + 1 cup water + 2 scoops protein powder (strawberry) + frozen berries + 1tbs greek yogurt. Another variation is banana with choc protein powder :) Yummy for my tummy !!!

Try this - mash up a banana mix with some greek yogurt and freeze. OR blend some berries and do the same thing. If you want a really yummy one mix greek yogurt with natural peanut butter and some choc protein powder.

The one i use - Proto whey double chocolate, is delicious, so i have it to kill sweet cravings. If i mix it with natural yogurt it tastes like cheese cake.
