I mainly drink water and IF I drink a soda it's Coke Zero or Diet Mountain Dew. I might have a soda a month if that. Not good for you!!

Nothing like a good *kitten* kicking. Once you complete Insanity do the Asylum and really get your *kitten* kicked! :) Good luck to everyone doing Insanity it's a great workout I have done the routine 2x completely and a hybrid with P90X. You can do it....DIG DEEPER!!!

Have not had an alcoholic drink in about 4 years, no plan on drinking again. I see drunk people every night and thats enough for me. Plus who the hell can afford it??? :)

Usually listen to a variety of music...except hip hop or rap. Mainly rock ...harder the better!

I was not much of a runner either. How achieved getting better at it was 1) Not using a treadmill (nothing like actually running) 2) I did sprints it helps build stamina 3) Insanity (BeachBody Program) helped tremendously build my cardio endurance 4) It takes time!!! do a mile then a mile and a half work your way up…
