Boiled egg whites, fiber one brownie, lifesavers hard candy, Korean pear, and toast with thin slices cheese or peanut butter.

My husband and I are fighting over the cinnamon cake fiber one brownies, they filled the hole in heart left by cupcakes and cake. In addition they really help me with portion control. I'm really wanting to try the peanut butter and chocolate fiber one brownies.

Having a cardiologist telling me I needed to be active. I went in for pericarditis and it's slowly getting better, I decided that I have used every excuse now so I needed to start taking my health serious.

For me, it use to be pepperoni and sausage hot pockets and for dessert chocolate Haagen Daz ice cream and I added marshmallows...I ate so much of it years ago that I wouldn't go near it today
