I'm not new to running, i've completed several 5k's and half marathons but recently stopped running. I picked back up with c25k app and will be doing w2d2. If you have to repeat a week, it's common, don't worry about it. Sending you a friend request now. Good luck!

I'm not new to running, I have competed multiple 5k's and 5 half marathons. I went through a time where I just didn't love it anymore and stopped running for months. I'm using this app to get myself motivated again and hopefully find my love for the sport again. Today will be w1d3

My body remembers I'm a runner. I'm just trying to get on a program that will hopefully keep my motivation and dedication up. I'm not training for any races right now so I needed something.

I use the one I found on the MFP site. at the top it says apps find the c25k one. After you do the workout, it automatically posts to MFP.

Haha too funny!! Yeah I guess it just got a little too repetitious and just got bored. "what's up Y'all" does get a little old especially when you are getting up extra early and hadn't had a shower or coffee yet….he's a little too cheerful for me at that time of day.

I only got through the first 3 weeks, then got pretty bored with it. I don't like to make excuses, but little league has started up again, and I don't have a lot of time for myself. I have thought about starting it up again. Congrats on healing again. Good luck to you.
