Ok y’all, my husband and I started the keto diet yesterday. It’s not super strict, because we want some of my mashed potatoes tonight, and slowly working our way into it. We had our first keto meal yesterday and started logging our food. When I counted calories years ago, I was very successful. Anyone else doing the keto?

Rolling out muscles before running?
I know you aren't supposed to do static stretches on cold muscles, but can I use THE STICK to roll out my legs before a run? I always find legs to be really tight the day after a rest day, so I was looking for ways to loosen them up to make that run easier. Thanks in advance.

I just found a half training program that is minutes-based and the most I run is 100 minutes. My last half was 194 minutes, i was WAY under trained and had to walk from pretty much the 4 mile mark due to an IT band injury.
