another post about c25k

I have done many races (including 5 half marathons) and have running experience, but pretty much lost my motivation for a while, so Wednesday I began c25k. I've never really done the program before, just kinda made up my own when I first started out, by just listening to my body. Today will be w1d2, anyone else out there at the beginning of the program?

    your body didn't just remember running? or has it been like 30 years since you ran those half marathons? I was told even if i take a few months off my body will remember it is a runner and I can continue, maybe ramp it up but I wouldn't need to go back to C25K.

    Just FYI..there's a HUGE group for C25K folks on here..and there was a newbie thread pretty recently.

    My body remembers I'm a runner. I'm just trying to get on a program that will hopefully keep my motivation and dedication up. I'm not training for any races right now so I needed something.
