Start weight 182, shooting for 10 lbs down by February
-
Put me down as tentative -- hoping my daughters dance show is in April!

I'm in......bring it!

I haven't done this in a few days; combination of my rotator cuff problem, exhaustion and now a cold. I'm not giving up, just need to be able to breathe to do it! Hope everyone is still going strong.
-
If my math is correct, I did day 4 of Level 2 yesterday.....still having to go very slow (ie, not keeping up with the ladies) on some of the planks. But I'm happy to say I keep going! Hope you all are too!
-
I did 11 or 12 days at Level 1 basically because I forgot to switch, lol. Ten days at each level makes sense but truly it's up to you, your comfort level and your abilities. I haven't watched Level 3 yet (I'm still in the beginnign days of L2) -- I can't imagine what torture she brings to us then! Good luck!

I would up skipping Sunday (as well as Saturday) because of my shoulder pain, did L2D3 yesterday (Monday). I'll hit the yoga mat again tonight! Hope everyone is seeing the benefits of this great workout!
-
I took yesterday off -- my shoulder needed a rest from the 30 Day Shred. I was hoping for a better loss this week but I'll take what I can get. I hope everyone keeps it up -- thanks, Ed and everyone else for your motivation!
-
I'm feeling guilty because I took yesterday off -- but the pain in my "good" shoulder was so bad I thought I'd better lay off it for a day. It feels a little better today, so I'll be back at it later on today (L2 D3) -- my purpose in logging this now is to be sure I do!! Disappointing weigh in this morning (down .2) but…

Still working it!

Level 2 Day 2 completed this morning, again with the window open (-2 this morning, woo hoo!). The planks are killing me, but I'm determined to stick it out. Hope everyone else does too!
-
Plank it up is right! Level 2 Day 1 complete.....I knew it was going to be challenging with my rotator cuff injury, but not as bad as I thought. I had the window open (it's about 20 degrees out) and I was still sweating! Keep it up, people!!!

So far, so good this week -- shredding every day plus walking on the treadmill and going to zumba, eating well, drinking.....some water. Definitely an area I need to work on. Hope everyone else has a great day!
-
Level 1 Day 11 done today.........realized when I put the dvd away that I should have moved on to Level 2! Oops.....so tomorrow will be a new workout. I watched L2 while I was on the treadmill the other night, it's going to be a challenge for me, but I'll try my best. I hope everyone sticks with it!

Day 9 this morning -- I'm finding I enjoy it more in the evening when I'm downstairs in my "gym", versus upstairs in the bedroom, plus in the morning I feel like I'm still half asleep. However, I'll keep up with it every day, be it morning or night. I hope everyone sticks with it!

Good morning! Day 9 of JM 30 Day Shred completed at 7am, 20 ounces down..... Have a great day!!
-
Definitely!

I'm still on track -- day 7 yesterday, scheduled to do day 8 tonight. I'm happy -- no, thrilled -- to report I've lost 5lbs since I started last week. I track it as circuit training too. I hope everyone here sticks with it!
-
I can't recommend a good dvd because I take a class but I can recommend the exercise itself. I started this past Monday -- in a class of about 60, all ages and levels of fitness. I feel like I have two left feet at times, but it is so much fun it doesn't feel like exercise. It feels like a great workout -- next week I'll…

Day 6 completed this morning -- it was tougher to get through than last night, I don't think I was fully awake! Good luck to everyone!
-
Day 5 completed....and dare I say, I think it was a little easier! Hope everyone keeps at it!
-
Winding it up here at work. Day 5 of 30 Day Shred is in store for me tonight -- looking forward to it! I'm behind on water (I left my water bottle in the truck last night and it was frozen solid, so I couldn't chug-a-lug on my way into work). I'll catch up. Hope everyone had a great day, and has a great night!
-
I'm laughing at your "don't focus so much on the scale or you'll drive yourself crazy" comment because that is so me! Today will be Day 5 of shred for me, and I don't see the scale moving much at all -- but my pants are pretty droopy. I'm seem to only attribute success to a number on the scale - I need to rework my…

I'm on Day 4 of Level 1 -- it is tough, but if I can do it, with only a few 10 second breaks (mostly during jumping jacks), anyone can do it. I say go for it!
-
Day 4 completed this morning! My kids tried to sabotage me....teenagers! I'm feeling good! Hope everyone else is too.
-
Thanks for the motivation!! Started my day with Jillian Michael's Shred, will end it with a zumba class. I plan on making good choices during the day! I hope everyone has a great day~

In my dreams, it's a Heritage or a Sportster. In reality, I don't have my license, and with my shoulder problem I don't think I'd ever be able to handle a bike now. I am thrilled to be a passenger when I can hook a ride! Pelly, that's a nice looking bike!

I started just started this Sunday (1/2).....I like that it's only 20 mins, which means I can do it in the morning while my kids are getting ready for school, and still get myself to work on time. I like the way she switches the exercises around (the whole point of it). Hoping to stick with it and make the 30 days. Does…
