A little olive oil, saute onions. Add tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, garlic, oregano, pepper and a small amount of salt. Simmer the tilapia in the sauce. Serve over lemon couscous. You can also wilt some fresh spinach in the sauce for added nutrients. Crumble a little bit of feta on top. So yummy!
