i have the FT4 and LOVE it. I didn't go with the FT7 because you cannot change the battery yourself , you're supposed to mail it in. Bizarre. As everyone pointed out, the review comment is incorrect. Took me a moment to understand RTFM. LOL!!!!! hahahaha.....

you won't know if you can retrain urself this way until you try it! lol.... and if it doesn't work and you feel deprived, go back to the way you were eating. that's what works for you. we're all different and you really have to acct for YOUR lifestyle. :) great job!

this morning i had the following omelette: 3 Eggs (whites only) 1/4 cup Red Onions, diced 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp salsa 1/4 crushed chili peppers total cals = 111 total fat = 2 g took me about 5 minutes to make, extremely satisfying to my taste buds, and filled me up for HOURS. and it's cheap. hehehe.
