Hi, I work nights too. I do usually a 12 and an 8 each week - so not as much as you - but I keep my eating schedule the same as my off days. I eat normally throughout the day before I go in. At midnight - while at work - I start counting calories for the new day and usually just bring in a snack to eat during the night…

I do nights but only 2 shifts a week right now. So I usually try to work out during the day before I go in on the first night and then I take the next day as a rest day, I am too tired after working all night. I couldn't come home and exercise after, I am usually asleep within 20 minutes of stepping into my house!

I'm really boring as well, I have a Keurig and Green Mountain Breakfast blend is my fav! I also like Caramel Drizzle though :-)
