I usually bring small snack foods with me like apple slices, celery and peanut butter, cashews, string cheese, jello, trail mix, watermelon balls, and don't forget water! :smile:

My goal body is for me to be proud of... and I wouldn't really be comfortable showing the world. Not because of shame or embarrassment, more for the fact that I would really rather save that kind of exposure for the beach or the bedroom. :smile:

I've only lost 5 pounds but I think I should notice a different by now but I don't... I still want to lost 21 more pounds and I'm pretty discouraged. So I totally understand how you feel.

I have McDonalds and Taco Bell about every two weeks but I try to eat healthily the other percent of the time so.... I believe that you can lose weight, but that doesn't mean you're healthy or going to lose very much weight.
