Funny on my screen it shows I deleted the "if you're in this" because I decided to leave it as is. I'm not angry or red in the face ????

I've never even had Facebook actually, it's interesting that you made that correlation though...

Since every day and every workout are different I can't really say I've "compared" many different workouts in regards to calories burned, but I do have one example. My running/walking app calculates an estimate of calories burned and I have used that to track distance along with my HRM to track calories burned. The app…

THIS!!! I'm not to 99 lbs YET, but I track EVERY LITTLE THING... All the people who aren't tracking water I guarantee you'd be surprised if you started tracking it honestly because you would see thag you're not drinking as much as you thought. I track spices regardless of calories because they have nutritional value and I…

Bump to read later! Encouraging to see so many children of God on this site! Happy Friday!!

I track EVERY SINGLE THING because you're missing valid important nutritional data (aka vitamins, minerals & other nutrients) if you don't track! I often have items that are 0 calories tracked (; I want a full picture of what I'm eating/drinking!

Thanks for posting, very inspiring!! Did you take measurements?? I'm really interested in inches lost if you kept track?! Also, if you don't mind sharing what size clothing did you start in & what are you in now. My journey is 138 pounds, with 45 off so far! Great job again!!

Being a SAHM is tough, I think mine might be more supportive luckily, though I do feel your pain...

This is such an aggressive run of comments for such a simple question. I log only pure water as water, not because that is the only thing that has hydrating factors & capabilities, simply because that's what I want to use it to measure my consumption of. If you would like to include chocolate cake in your measurement of…

Egg whites (Costco!!!), Boneless skinless chicken, ground turkey, spinach, spinach, spinach (lol), tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, berries, oranges, bananas, flax, kashi, nutritional yeast, fiber one, tofu, peppers, dairy & soy milk, PB2, there's pretty much not a fruit or vegetable I won't eat! (;

I started walking at least a mile a day with my son in his stroller at the end of last year, I didn't start jogging at all until June of this year. I've gotten from a 60 minute 5k to a 42 minute 5k (all outdoors) in less than three months. I have just gotten out there 6-7 days a week and really just focused on keeping a…

I am not quite sure I am on board for the protein shakes, but I am researching them & trying to make a decision about them, I know they would help the situation & that they work well for many people--I would just prefer getting my nutrients & calories from actual food. Thank you for the suggestion though--it is a good one.…

Thanks for posting, huge CONGRATS!!! Your hubs is a lucky guy (;

31 years old, love a good support team, first day here!

I think we all need to be more careful about the way that we comment regarding other people's goals, progress & points of view! I hope that no one refers to themselves as "gross, disgusting, etc" as it isn't a healthy way of thinking about ones self nor is it helping anyone who might have further to go than we do! Let's…

I don't ever consider anything I do as a "cheat" because I log EVERYTHING! The good, the bad & the ugly lol. I do allow myself to indulge in cravings--but I usually try to earn them or at least make them up with exercise & good choices! I think "cheat" is used for a lot of different meanings, but I think we're all here to…
