Today a miracle happened and I woke myself up at 5:30 am and did Day 1 of Level 1! Then I saw this post so it must be a sign! I am really ready to get into shape. I have done this before and I have never been in better shape than I was then! We can do it ladies!

How funny! I got a tattoo last Tuesday on my left shoulder blade! I would say a good rule of thumb is to wait until it doesn't hurt anymore... so 2 to 3 days. I would avoid workouts that use your arms heavily for about a week. I was finally able to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred this morning. :-)

I didn't do so hot this week. I lost 0 for the first time which makes me super bummed! I just felt constantly hungry and ate all my workout calories plus a little extra everyday. I would love to be out of the 220s and more importantly I would love to be able to fit a size 15. I set a pair of my old pants out for motivation. They can button now, but I have crazy muffin top. Hoping that most of that will be gone by the end of this challenge!! Happy New Year everyone!
