Today's good deed is completed and 100 jumping jacks.

I met with my school lunch buddy. She's an inner city kid and it really warms my heart spending time with her. Jumping jacks are completed.

Saturday - under calorie and drank all my water. Sunday - already at 4 miles. 50 pushups complete!

I put it off as long as I could so I tried them. Nothing pretty at all, but completed 150 mountain climbers. Fun Friday night for me!

Mountain climbers scare me!

I am Diane from Kentucky. This is my second challenge. I love the team spirit and competitiveness! I can't say I loved the challenges as many pushed my limits although I completed them. My weight loss has stalled a bit since I started strength training, however I know May is the month. I would love to lose 8 pounds! May is…

I started at 310 and am at 280. It is a lifestyle change. I have stalled but have introduced strength training so hopefully I am adding muscle. Went shopping last night and bought a size 20 pant! I have squeezed into 24s for years!. Feel free to add me!

Nothing is Impossible, the word itself says, I'm Possible. -- Audrey Hepburn I also love this quote but don't know who gets the credit!... Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

Awesome transformation! I needed to see something like this as I have been stuck fro awhile! Love the results!

My seven year old lab mix has a torn ACL. She puts minimal weight on it and has restricted her self in some movement. She rarely jumps on the couch and other furniture. She will be having the TBLO (I think this one) next Thursday. For the issues with your pup, I would talk to the vet to understand what the additional risks…

I joined this challenge for the constant motivation. I admit I didn't think the daily challenges would be as difficult as some are! I love the MFP friends I have met and really look forward to their updates. I find myself pushing myself more as a result of the group dynamic! Great job! Off to do the 50 chrunches! Happy…

Don, I have tried some Burmese and am finding pain in my knee due to the bending. I am asking for an exchange of a 5 mile walk.

First thanks for this. I think we all do things everyday which helps make the world a better place. Today I reached out to one of my first MFP friends. She and I messaged daily, however, she has disappeared. I sent an email to her personal address asking if things were ok and encouraging her to come back. We previously…

Thanks for this post. I just received a juicer from a friend and am eager to try it!

Hi Jen! I use protein powders from GNC. I think they are Promasil one chocolate and one vanilla. I make shakes in the morning. With the vanilla, I'll include a banana, strawberries, 1/2cup almond milk and couple handfuls of spinach. In the chocolate, I include a banana, PB2 (or tablespoon of peanut butter), almond milk and…

Hi Gang! I am Diane from Northern Kentucky. I am a single mom of a teenage boy who will be heading to college this fall. I love to have fun but realize I am at the point in my life where it will only be me. Time to get in shape and get healthy! Curly asked about the goals (love your name, I have many curls as well). My…

I love my Fitbit One. It is a good motivator to see how many steps or stairs you use daily. I've been at 9500 and made a point to hit 10k. There is also a "reward"system. You can earn badges for steps and stairs...just a fun cheesy motivator. Mine isn't synching today with MFP, not sure why, but it is bumming me out!

i am the furthest thing from perfect! Feel free to add me - anyone! I like to support others and be supported!
