A neighbor has talked me in to attending my first spin class this Saturday. I'm scared to death but your story is giving me a little comfort! I'm just afraid of the sore butt and being the largest in class!!!

I have the One and have used it for over a year. I love the small size and it can be worn discreetly. I really don't wear bracelets which is why I chose this. Because of its small size, it is easier to forget it's on your clothes and you toss in the wash, lol.

Hi! I'm 5'10" and started at 310 in December. I'm now at 275. My advice is log everything you eat. Don't think you had a bad day and choose not to log, only one you lie to is yourself .
