Hello, I'm looking for friends over 50 who are struggling to loose weight. I need weight loss support and maybe some ideas to help me with my goal.

    Im 51 on March 3rd and determined to lose 13 pounds. Doing good so far w an 11 day streak on food diary and 5 pound loss. Im workin out w DVDs and a staitionary bike w rowing action in front of a TV. I watch old movies from the corner library while pedaling. Im up to 30 minutes now. Babysitting granddaughter today and hope to go sledding when she gets up from her nap. Shes 2. We CAN do it! It just is a little slower and Im seeing progress now.
