I have no idea but congrats to for doing it! What matters is that you are doing it! Keep up the good work!
-
This and I think it will get better when your strength, balance and form improve.
-
I did the same thing this year over a shoulder injury. I'm back at it now too! Just take one day at a time and you'll get back to where you want to be!

I decorate cupcakes for a living..... I'm in the same boat.

This^^^^^^. I have bad knees and the only thing that has helped them IS squats and lunges!. Starting out I could only squat deep enough to sit in a chair. Yes, I put a chair behind me and sat in it! And for lunges, I stood between 2 chairs and held on to the backs of them as I lunged. It's been little over a year but I can…

Don't do the 30day squat challenge and for the love your hip flexors, don't "double up" on a few days. Doing tons of squats several days in a row will stress your hip joints and muscles and your knees and the muscles around them. You need to at least 24 hrs after squats to rest up and heal. You run the risk of injury if…

I have no idea but I'm curious!

I think you should dance in front of others if dancing makes you happy and feels good. Who knows, you may motivate someone else to get healthy with you! Or at the very least, your emotional well being may brighten someone else's day! Win, Win!

You can't make changes in your diet if you don't know what you need to change, that starts with tracking what you are eating on a regular basis.
-
Keep raw veggies on hand and don't avoid eating just make better choices.

I wouldn't worry about Sugars if they are coming from fresh fruit and veggies. It's the added sugars from processed foods that you need to avoid. And I agree, wean yourself off of the processed foods. You can make your own version of hamburger helper by adding your own noodles, spices and melted cheese. It'll be a lot…

Forming a habit may be helpful. Go in and sit down everyday at the same time and just try to relax while there. Pick a time of day or night when you can afford the time to just chill there. If you are taking supplements, eating enough fiber, drinking enough water and getting enough exercise and still having issues it may…

I wouldn't recommend it. It's WAY too hard on your body! Doing that many squats several days in a row will stress your muscles and make you prone to injury. It'd be better to at least make the 30days stretch to 60days and rest every other day. Your muscles need at least 24hrs. to heal between workouts.

This^^^^^ or ask him to buy you gift certificates for a local spa.

At least you are running and finishing! Kudos to you!

This^^^^^^^^ Weigh yourself in the morning, on an empty stomach and empty bladder. Also, the scale is a lying turd, start taking your measurements. Your body may be changing more than you realize!

I agree with using New Rules of Lifting. I also like Bodybuilding.com, it has an index with how to videos. http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/

I don't have any advice to help in the short term but in the long run, (no pun intended) the biggest factor will be the weight loss. I read an article recently, (if I can find it, I'll send it to you) that said if you aren't drinking enough water through out the day, you could have more of an issue with SI. It had…

I'd be more worried about why you are spotting. See your doctor.

You may be pushing yourself too hard if you can't breathe in your nose and out your mouth. If you have a lot of excess fat that is bouncing up and down when you jog, try wearing compression clothing. It's supposed to hold that skin in one place and prevent damage to the elasticity of the skin so it doesn't keep "hanging"…

I think I'd say something along the lines of "at least I'm trying to improve my self, you appear to be afraid of mirrors"...
-
I prefer to do full body weight lifting one day and Cardio the next.
