I have a 19yr old daughter who still lives with me and a 20yr old son who lives in a home I am paying for in the next town over. While I don't mind if they date, I DO still set rules and they DO follow them. When they are both making their own money and paying their own bills they can do as they please.

This could part of my problem. I am really stressed about work, I can't stand my boss, my daughter graduating high school and moving in with her boyfriend, IF she'll go to college or not, paying for college for her older brother,... Wow, that's a list! And I stress eat....

I don't run, I just walk but this happens to me too with both hands. It helps if I carry a wash cloth and pass it from one hand to the other from time to time. I don't smoke or wear an arm band. I do have a very low, normal blood pressure. Don't know if that's part of the issue or not.
