It looks to me like that painter took a pic of himself, minus the stache and beard, added some dark eyebrows and hair and...voila! Kate Middleton! In my opinion, that's just an awful depiction of her.

I just finished week 2 and haven't lost any weight. That being said, I was one of those people who didn't lose anything in month one of Insanity, so I'm not discouraged. I'm still loving LMC!

I think that one of the most important things is to find some type of workout that you actually LIKE and look forward to doing. I did Insanity and because I loved it, I was able to stay motivated. After Insanity I decided to try something different so I tried Brazil Butt Lift which bored me to death. I was able to do about…

I started last week and I'm really enjoying it. I was looking for something high energy after doing Insanity. I'm so glad that I pre-ordered this program. I felt soreness in muscles I had never felt before after my first workout. I look forward to these workouts like I looked forward to Insanity so that's a good sign.

My sister has Cairn terriers.....like Toto from The Wizard of Oz. They're wiry looking.

I really don't know anything about building muscle mass, but I can tell you that Beachbody has a program called "Body Beast" that supposedly will help you build muscle mass. It might be something to check out. And, just so you know, I'm not affiliated with Beachbody although I have done some of their programs.

I'm 49 and I did Insanity. I loved it! It's so extreme and crazy and INSANE! You will literally be dripping in sweat! The fit test works like others have already described. I think that putting the fit test into the program every couple of weeks was a genious idea. The program is tough and very challenging. When you do the…

WOW! Awesome results! You go girl!

That's awesome! Congratulations!

Nice job! Congratulations!

I had carpal tunnel release surgery a few years ago and push-ups are very difficult for me. Too much pressure on my palm and wrist and I end up with pain. Other than when I do push-ups, the surgery was a great success and I'm pain free. I tried push-up bars but I found that they weren't much help. The only thing that…

If you have cable TV and "On Demand" look there for workouts. I'm not sure if you have this option where you are but if you do, they have different workouts that are "FREE". It will give you a chance to try a few different things to try to figure out what you like. I think it's called Exercise TV or something like that.

My first thought when you said you do Insanity twice a day was....Are you eating enough? You have to be burning at least 1000 calories a day at that rate. I'd say rework your numbers and figure out how much you need to be eating with that much exercise. My second thought was...are you taking rest days AND are you taking…

Or, find a new job then kick each one of them in the taco on your way out the door! lol

I say, call them out. Go right up to them and ask, "Do you have a problem with me? If, you do, I'd like to know what it is." Most people won't have the guts to answer. If they see that they are intimidating you, they'll just keep doing it. If after that, it doesn't stop, speak to your boss about what's going on, explain…

I'm not trying to be mean, but I honestly think that you may need some professional help. For someone to WANT to be miserable and angry and unliked, isn't healthy. I get the impression that you feel for whatever reason, that you don't deserve to be happy. Also that if you do get to a point where you're happy (whether real…

In my opinion, if you didn't work out for 2 weeks, you might want to start over. Or you may want to do a couple of more days of level 1 then see if you feel like you're ready to progress to level 2. I think I'd start over just because of the length of time you were ill. I suppose it really just depends on how you feel once…

Insanity!

It sounds sorta simple but what I do is...STOP. BREATHE. And think...tomorrow is a new day...if I do this today, I'll be sooooo mad at myself for allowing other people or situations that are out of my control to sabotage my goals. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. Give that baby a kiss and enjoy the beautiful gift…

In 1984, fresh out of nursing school, I bought the car that I saw when I was in high school and said I'd buy myself when I got my nursing license......a brand new 5 speed 1985 Mazda RX7! Five yrs later when I had finally finished paying for it, someone stole it and totalled it. I cried for days!

They are all on one DVD like previous poster said. I guess that whether it's easy or hard depends on the individual. If it's to easy for you and you are looking for something more intense, Insanity might be something you'd be interested in. I'm not sure it would be possible for anyone to do Insanity and think it's too easy.

Just an FYI, if you do get Insanity or P90X, pop over to the Beachbody site and look for CoachGregA's Team Engage Insanity thread. I'll be doing another round of Insanity around the holidays. I was on Coach Gregs' team for my first round of Insanity. There's a great group on the team and we were all there to support and…

Today I was able to wear a pair of my size 3 jeans. They were still a bit snug at the waist and did give me a tiny muffin top but they felt much more comfortable than the size 5's that I have to keep pulling up.

Shoulda put the poop back in and dropped that half pound. lol

I just finished doing Insanity and I've just started 30 Day Shred. I feel the same about the lack of Cardio in 30 Day Shred. Of course, after Insanity, probably everything else will feel like it doesn't have enough cardio. lol I like the 30 Day Shred but I'm adding in Brazil Butt Lift. I've just started that as well. There…

"A CRYING SHAME!" That's all I can say about the calls in that game.

If you're looking for something crazy, intense and amazing, I'd say Insanity. It's hard but if you like a challenging workout, this might be the one for you. I suppose it really depends on what you're looking for. I just finished my first round of Insanity. Now I'm working on 30Day Shred and Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid. I've…

Wow! You go girl! Congratulations!

Why did you weigh yourself in the morning AND at night? Of course you will weigh more at night...I'm assuming that you ate at least 3 meals today. Don't weigh yourself again at night. You'll make yourself crazy.

Well, just to warn you, if you think month 1 is Insane, Month 2 gives new meaning to the word Insane! I just finished Insanity last week. It was awesome. My tips would be: definitely take breaks when you need them but don't stop the DVD...you'll jump back in quicker if you don't pause the DVD, drink lots of water....even…
