  • I agree with previous poster. It's so hard when you lose motivation but pick a day and start again. Just start. It doesn't have to be a lot. Just take a walk and drink water. Look at some success stories. Jump back on that horse, girl! I gave up a few months ago, but I'm jumping back in again. Want another friend?

  • Hey! I'm a mom to 4 kids, too. I've done a little weight loss stuff in the past but trying to make a concerted effort now. You can add me to your friends list, if you'd like. Have you worked out an exercise plan yet? I'm trying to do that with 4 kids under 8 around. :)
