One lap just means one length of the pool. So if you are going from the shallow end to the deep end and then back again, you've done 2 laps because you will have swum the length of the pool twice. I'm a pretty poor person and I manage by buying all of my stuff for the week and cooking it all on Sunday. I pack up my meals individually and heat them just before I eat them. When you buy for the whole week all at once you'll be amazed at what you save

If you really want to have a sweet taste I recommend local raw honey. It does have some ccalories bbut you don't need a lot. It is a natural antibiotic, helps with allergies and tastes great
