currently following WW program but not sure about how the points equal calories. some days it feels like too many and some days not enough. I've used my fitness pal in the past and hoping to get better clarity on calorie levels.

Does anyone use an app to keep track of IF? I know fitness pal has one but you have to be a premium member to use it.

I have gained 15 pounds since COVID lockdown started March 2020. I'm over 55 and very discouraged. I don't know how to use this site to add friends or join groups.

I also have the same problem. Seems like in 5 weeks I haven't really lost anything except my pants do feel a little more loose, so maybe that's what I should measure it by Although I would like to see my weight actually move toward a lower number and stay there.

there is definitely a noticeable difference in your face -- keep up the good work. Congrats on such a successful loss thus far.
