  • Good job everybody! I took the weekend off but did water aerobics and walked 5 miles saturday and hiked 7 miles on Sunday. So tonight I will be doing L1D5 but I will be doing it with my friends because they want to try it :) I'm inspiring my friends to get into swimsuit shape lol

  • I think the Zumba ones are a little bit difficult even if you have gone to a zumba class. I do highly recommend the Dance Central series especially for the Kinect :)
