What has hepled me achieve this goal? just a desire to be healthier I have always been bigger and still am trying to change that. I never liked jogging before…

I know this feeling all to well. unfortunately I can not offer any advice because I have tried changing the workout routine and the food shock. amoungst other things not into a lot of the fads out there, but those have not worked. I guess just keep eating well and working hard. Good luck people this is not easy.

I never like cottage cheese until recently a friend suggested I eat it with splenda and some sliced almonds mixed in. now I can't get enough of it for a high protein snack. I have 1-2 servings at a time and sometimes cut out the almonds if i am concerned about the calories.
