Hey there :) Not new to MFP but new to the group. I've done SBD before and did well on it. Looking to get back into it. I just remember feeling really good when I was doing it. So yeah. Phase 1, here I come.

I'll be honest, guys... the group is all but dead. Partially due to my being off the site for several months and in part because I think that is the nature of groups due to no access to them via the mobile app. I can add you if you'd like, but there's nothing really going on in there these days.

I'm 6'00" and my goal, at least for now, is about 185. And that's a long way off. It's hard to set that goal because I don't know what 185 looks like on me, it's been that long. Adding! I definitely need people who are in a similar boat for motivation. Losing 100 pounds (or 175 in my case) isn't the same as losing 20. We can do this!
