We had a blast!! But burning that many calories really wreaked havoc on my body. I had to step away from my food plan a little bit and consume a little more to keep my energy. I've been exhausted yesterday and this morning. I'm feeling much better now, but holy crap was I drained.

Great job! Keep on going girl!

Good to hear! I didn't have a chance to look here this weekend anyways, since we were up in the mountains :-) Glad to hear you haven't missed a workout, regardless of setbacks in the diet!

How's everyone doing?! I just started 21 Day Fix Extreme yesterday and it always amazes me how great my body feels when I'm doing more focused clean eating :-)
-
Thanks everyone! It feels great! 15.6 pounds to goal, but nothing feels as good as looser pants and better fitting clothes!

Autumn Calabrese is the trainer! :-)

Haha that might be an idea then! I just started on the Thursday since the month started on a Thursday. I also think I should have done it one month at a time rather than weekly. One year was a pretty huge undertaking. Though I'm doing it on Facebook with friends, too, and that one is keeping pretty updated! Glad you're…

Yay! I can't wait to get mine! I submitted yesterday so it'll be awhile haha

Slow and steady really is the way to go! I know that these pounds aren't coming back on if I eat a piece of pizza or take a week off from eating cleaner. :-)
-
I can't wait to start :-) I have challengers that have been doing it for the past few weeks and they love it!

That's why I always tell people to take pictures AND measurements. You can't always see it on the tape measure or scale, but pictures don't lie!

Woohoo! Awesome Kyle!

I've got four days left on Combat! Can't wait to be done with this one and onto my next program. And today is my one year weight loss anniversary :-)

I agree with Pips...you probably aren't eating enough. If you're eating 1200 calories and working out, burning 400 calories a day (just estimating), that's only a net of 800 and your fat is holding on for dear life. Try 1600 for a week, no other changes, and see if that makes a difference.

No, unfortunately they're not that hi-tech yet haha. I just check it a few times a day.

I had to juggle things around a little bit since I had a full day of skiing and felt ill, but I doubled up the next day when needed. I never just SKIP anything :-)
-
Yes, my profile gives a lot of that information...any other questions, just message me :-) Happy to connect with so many of you!

I can't wait to get my t-shirt and add it to my collection, too!! ^_^

14.3 miles skiing yesterday!
-
Amazing job girl!! Proud of you for sticking it out, even with the pain. Make sure you submit to the Beachbody Challenge :-)
-
Woohoo! It's so much fun when they start to peek through! The burn is GOOD! ^_^

Brazil Butt Lift!

Awesome! You're going to love them!!! So excited for your news! I remember when I got below 170...best day ever!!!
-
What's one goal you have for the rest of this week?!
-
Yeah, I took a rest day yesterday since I did double workout plus a 4 mile walk on Sunday. I was utterly exhausted! But yeah...didn't know what to do with myself!! Hope your back feels better!!
-
No unfortunately you need to come and check here...I just sign into my app occasionally to see if anything new has popped up.

It's an annual plunge in Virginia Beach to support Special Olympics! There's a 5k race that morning, too. I've done the race twice before, but never the plunge itself (running into the freezing Atlantic Ocean haha). My friend has twins and one of them has Down Syndrome, so she will be in Special Olympics one day...so we…

:-) Great goal! I did 3.1 miles yesterday morning running the Polar Plunge 5k and 3.75 miles today walking with a friend.
-
I'm so excited...I get to do the 60 live for the first time tomorrow and I'm super stoked!!! Did regular Combat 60 and Shock Plyo today since the hotel I stayed at Friday night didn't have a remote for the DVD player to change the workout from HIIT1 to HIIT2 (and the disc didn't work in my computer either) and did the…

I can't think of any way to get it cheaper if you want to have the safety of replacement if a disc gets lost or broken, etc. Becoming a coach gets you 25% off all products, but that's about it for cheaper options.
