Great week everyone!!

I didn't get any more than skiing :-( I had a snow day today but felt icky, so just sat on the couch :-( But I did get at least 8k steps per day, so I don't feel way too bad. Daylight hours are getting longer, so I'll try harder next week!! I want to start earlier in the week too chelm1222!

No more miles for me this week...
-
If you want to cut it up you can, or if you weigh or measure, it's about 4 oz.
-
Aw, I'm so sorry for your loss :-(
-
That's so great!!!

Yeah, girl! TWELVE AND A HALF INCHES?! DAMN!

T25 is my soulmate workout. I miss it!! If you want shorter workouts that pack a punch, go with T25. If you want shorter workouts with a P90X program, the 3 is only 30 minutes, or try new InsanityMax30. These were my results from T25 and I would walk or run a few days a week like you are planning, too.…

I'm not, but I've been considering getting the warrior ones, too, since I love the workout so much! I also want to add in 3 days a week of Les Mills Pump once I get the routines down pat. I'm hoping next week :-)

I gotta get out tomorrow and get the rest of my mileage this week done. I hate that I'm counting skiing and not getting out to walk/run, but with meetings Sunday, yesterday, and today, I don't have time to do anything in the daylight besides my regular Combat video that I do daily. I promise I'll do better next week! I'm…

Adorbs! I did the regular Combat 60 yesterday and loved it! The time flew and I really liked the combos. I can't wait to do the live ones :-) I have to buy the 30 minute live one since I didn't get it free from my coach (since I am one haha).

When you're putting the ingredients in, take not of how many containers you're putting in. Then when you're portioning it into servings, you divide by that amount! :-)
-
Does skiing 6.2 miles count? :D

Welcome Laurie!

woop woop!

Great job!

Plyo is definitely a lot harder, especially if you aren't used to the jumping. But I'm used to Shaun T, haha. Just listen to your body and take breaks when you want! You'll get stronger and it'll feel easier!!

I'm on day 12 today :-) My favorite is the 45 minute Kata! I can't wait until the 60 minute ones!!!
-
Oh no! Hope everything feels better soon!!

It's an awesome program that uses colored containers that teach you portion control and gets you eating clean! You can get it at www.21dayfix.com or if you know a Beachbody coach chat with them.

I find that feeling confident feels so much better than seeing that number on the scale!!
-
Feel free to add me! I'm always looking to support others and getting support in return ^_^ I've lost 47 pounds and working on my last 18 to get to my goal weight!
-
I don't have pics on my work computer either, but when I finished I put my results on my website/blog if you want to check it out. There's pics, too. I lost 25.9 pounds and 20.5 inches doing Alpha, Beta, then taking a 2 week break, then Gamma. http://losingfatwithcat.com/results/

I've lost 47 and working on my last 18...does that count?! I'd love support, too!
-
A lot of people have done the program using Pinterest and other resources as a guide, but I can tell you there is a lot of misinformation out there on portion sizes, "Fix-Approved" items, etc. Team Beachbody sells just the containers with the meal plan now, if you don't need the workouts since you're doing Insanity.…

I've done three rounds and had great results! I'm not doing a dedicated round right now, but I follow the nutrition plan about 80% even when I'm focusing on other workout programs. Feel free to add me! I love trading recipes with others on the program! :-)
-
I did three rounds and lost between 6 and 8 pounds each round, plus a lot of inches, too. I follow the meal plan about 80% when I'm not doing a dedicated round (focusing on different workout programs and trained for a half marathon in there, too). When I started my calorie bracket had me eating 2000 calories and I still…

I've done three rounds and even when I'm not doing a dedicated round, I follow it about 80%. I've lost nearly 47 pounds and almost 40 inches since I did my first round Feb-March of 2014!

If you haven't taken pictures yet Muffiwilmes...DO IT! Even now you'll see changes as you proceed. You don't ever have to share them with anyone if you don't want to, but doing it will definitely show you WAY more than a scale or tape measure ever will...

For this first week, it ended up snowing and getting really cold, so walking was an issue. I ended up hitting up two malls for a little walking, and got one walk in a day that it was nice. I don't have a treadmill and gave up my gym membership a few years ago, so I gotta make it work somehow! I don't mind running in cold,…
