I was 145 when I graduated high school and never had to watch what I ate. I was super active and my metabolism was raging, so I never worried about it! When I started college, I was obviously way less active and resorted to bad food hall options, including vending machine trips, too. I ballooned, to say the least. I didn't…

I trained for and did the Richmond Half Marathon November 15th! I'm already signed up to do the same race next year (Nov. 14 I think), but I can upgrade to the full marathon (eek!) if I feel I'm ready. I used Hal Higdon's 12 week half marathon training novice program and it was great! Good luck :-)

Longest nine months ever haha

It really is one of the biggest things to push me! Having it out there for everyone to see, knowing I'm not perfect and won't ever be, pushes me even harder to try and reach my goals! Just post them! We're all in this together!!
-
I'll be starting one on Facebook as well, foreternity1981, if you want in!
-
I'll add you all :-) We're gonna do this TOGETHER! I got the gloves, too, fitabforties! I'm excited to feel strong ^_^

The group name is Les Mills Combat Accountability Group for anyone that wants to join us :-)

I'm Cat and I live in Northern Virginia (about an hour from Washington, DC). I'm 33, married, with no kids (yet!). What motivates me is the fact that my husband and I want to start trying for a child next year and I didn't want to be overweight when that happened. I know how hard it has been for my friends to lose baby…

Better than I ever expected! Still 18 pounds away from my goal, but I know I'll get there :-)
-
Yes everyone...definitely start when the time is right for you! I'm gonna preview it for sure, plus I want to start up running again (kinda fell off after my half marathon and winter months are brr haha). I've opened the group already - it's called Les Mills Accountability Group (I think?!). I'm getting so excited to start!
-
Woo! Glad to have you with us! Can't wait to start! I used to do it at the gym, but stopped going haha. Now I have the videos at home and it's gonna be awesome!!

Yeah, I'll be out of town for my anniversary weekend then Christmas, so figured that day was as good as any. But looking into the schedule it seems very Monday-start oriented, so I might wait to do the full workouts on the 29th, but start the meal plan on the 27th. I like the idea of taking next week to maybe preview and…

The calculation includes the caloric deficit for the workout already (weight x 11, -750 + 400, they just wrote it with the calculation already done). So you really are eating the amount it said, not netting that. I'm also 5'7". When I started it, I weighed 215 and was eating over 2000 (2015 actually) calories and still…

Haha totally!!! I'll admit I've done that :-P

I started an accountability group here in MFP if anyone would like to join! Let me know and I'll invite you. You can be doing the at-home version or the gym one, let's just rock it!

An that dress is GORGEOUS by the way :-)

Okay, I just decided I'll be starting the workouts on Monday, the 29th, since it looks like the schedule runs easier that way. But I'm going to start following the food program on the 27th. I'll be checking in with you :-)

Yay, I can't wait!!

Yeah, that's my biggest thing. I've lost a lot of the weight I want to lose but would LOVE to tone up more. I don't mind being the weight I am as long as the muscle is to blame, not fat ^_^
-
Haha exactly. Sounds like we do a lot of the same stuff! My vacation this weekend is a ski trip (my husband snowboards) and I just finished my first half marathon in November! Sounds like you've got a lot of good stuff going for sure...but yeah, like you said, provided we do it :-P I've lost almost 50 pounds and over 32…

The 60 day calendar has me resting on Thursday and Sunday until the last two weeks. I might rotate the rest days around a bit according to other plans and things I have going on, but will still do at least five days a week. I'm finishing up my third round of the 21 Day Fix right now and then taking a week off…

I got the at-home workout, since I don't belong to my gym anymore. But I LOVED it when I used to do it at Gold's! I hope it's similar!

I'm 5'7" and am down 47 pounds...still want to lose about 18 more!
-
I'm 5'7" and started at 215, now at 168. Goal weight is 150. Just never lose sight of your goal! It's definitely not easy, but you gotta keep going! I have had the best luck with support groups and finding an accountability partner. Don't cheat yourself and try to stick with something as much as possible.

I did T25 and lost almost 30 pounds and about 25 inches. I've also done PiYo, but didn't do both of them together. You can a hybrid of any program, but just make sure you adjust your diet so you are eating enough calories for what you are burning. T25 is more cardio and PiYo is stretching and strengthening the muscles, so…

Most programs (with or without shakeology) come within 5 business days, so it's a little slower than Prime, but come with the guarantee.

Beachbody does fulfill products on Amazon, but there are pirated copies out there, so just make sure it says fulfilled by Beachbody as you said! Many DVDs had trouble coming straight through the company, so don't worry about that. If you order directly through Beachbody, you always have a 30 day money back guarantee and…

Thanks everyone! :-)
