I am CERTAINLY no expert but if you are so sore that you think you could risk injury then I wouldn't go again today. Maybe take a nice long easy walk instead. You need to listen to your body. I'm not too bad today but it is usually worse on day 2 for me so...... anyway all I am saying is eat clean, try to still do…

Day one, level one down!!! Woot woot! Really kinda wished I hadn't worked out earlier today as well...cause some things really hurt :) Measurements and pics made me want to scream or cry!!! HOPING for awesome results!!!

Feel free to post whatever you would like and only as much as you want. I will take my measurements, etc this evening. Probably won't post anything until the first ten days are done :) CW: 189 or so, varies about 2-3 of water weight pretty much daily GW: 135-150--just depends on how it looks :)

41 hourglass figure......just happens to be a very large hourglass with ripples at the moment :) Time to get this crap off before it gets even harder! Married for 22 years to my awesome hubby. Two kids, ages 19 and 17. Two dogs lol Crazy humor and love to laugh!!!

Definitely do your measurements! Some reports on here have stated they didn't lose much weight but I bunch of inches. May wanna put on a pair of jeans or shorts that are a little tight and then again in 10, 20 and 30 days. We all feel better when our clothes feel better on us!

Not sure on this. I read somewhere that Jillian suggests that we listen to our bodies and should be doing it 4-5 days per week. So I guess that is my intention. Going to try to eat clean, drink water like a camel and listen to my body on how many days per week (but I am thinking a minimum of 4-6).

Lift heavy. My son is your age, weight and just a bit taller than you. He lifts 4-5 days a week. He eats whatever he wants but really has an okay diet. Completely ripped though. I think lifting is the key on that one. Good luck.
