I guess I should throw in there running is not an option. I HATE to run. Yes, I could still do it but I am naturally very large busted and it hurts to run.

Thank you for answering. Wanting to just be healthier, have more energy and all around feel better. Have also scheduled a vacation as a motivator and would love for optimal results by that date (last week of May).

I guess I need to clarify my wording on that...... I need to lose 30 to 40. I have 17 weeks til vacation. I DO NOT expect to lose that kind of weight in that time frame but would like advice on how best to proceed to get the best results possible in that time frame. Thanks!

When I lose----which I really need to lol---- my cup size generally does not change just my fat back! LOL At one point I lost 45lbs and it changed a little. I went from a 44E to a 38DD. It's all good :) Great job on your loss!

I am now a couple of days behind you. Thanks to lots of working, painting, moving furniture etc. Just counted that as my workouts for a few days. Anyway, I was feeling pretty good but hate horrible over the weekend. Back at it today. I do think my endurance levels are much better than at the beginning.

I don't know anything about it or even what it is...other than a fruit extract to help lose weight and give you energy. I had told her that it if was worth anything someone on here would be aware of it. lol
