We've had some terrific NVS's this month. I especially liked the one below from Caroline.... I LOVE the fact that she finds herself thinking "how can I get in some movement".. to me, THAT's a huge key to success! April 7: β β β exercise yesterday was 4 hours of giving massages. Monthly report: βββββ ββ I'm leaving after work today for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh for a massage training class. I'll be staying with my hubby's sister, and class will be 8:30am - 5:30pm both Sat and Sun. We get an hour for lunch, and instead of eating out,β¦

April 6: Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walking around the building at work. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. I'm not doing very good with the new lower daily cal goal! :( Need to get the exercising up a little more as well! I'll getβ¦

April 5: β β β exercise was 20 mins walking inside the building at work. It rained all.day.long today. @lesdarts180 Lesley, great opener!! Thank you! For the most part, I usually do not eat back my exercise calories, in fact, for awhile I had the link turned off so that it wouldnβt add the exercise calories back into myβ¦
