  • I went back to retina specialist today and she said my eye is healing nicely. The retina is detached, and it's the scar tissue from the laser surgery I had in that eye in 2018 that's keeping my retina in place. (Its kinda like stapling the retina to the back of my eyeball!) Your retina doesn't re-attach, so since I haveโ€ฆ
  • Sorry I've been MIA. A couple days after we returned from our vacation to NC, I began to have a hemmorage in my left eye. First eye doc thought it was a detached retina, but the retina specialist says it's not detached, but that there is an area that is bleeding into my eye. The blood looks like very dark black "floaties"โ€ฆ

  • April 27 Exercise: No. (In the car for 8 hours) Tracking: yes Calories: under I'm in Raleigh NC for the wedding! Yesterday was the rehearsal and for the rehearsal dinner they had pizza and salad at the soon-to-be newlyweds house. I was pretty "good" I only ate salad.... and some ice cream! Lol. But I'd also had a salad forโ€ฆ

  • I wanted to let you all know that my son has a new place to live!! Lol. They found a "new" house with a lease-to-own option. Yes, it's a brand new build! Hopefully, he'll be able to go back to work within the next 30-60 days as he's started physical therapy for that ankle and leg. His boss did write the a letter sayingโ€ฆ
  • Susan!! Oh my, how we do think alike! I went out yesterday and told hubby "oh my! look at all the dandelions!! I want to make some more dandelion wine, and try some leaves in a salad this year too!" I made a gallon of wine a couple of years ago.... it was decent. But I've just never taken the time to try the leaves. I doโ€ฆ
